3. How do I set the base price of my services? Sino nag se-set ng rate or pricing nila?

English:

AYS is a marketplace for services. Only the Service Providers have the right to set the price of their services on the platform. However, Service Providers should keep in mind that pricing may affect the number of bookings they receive.

Additional: In the first version of the app, we tried using standard rates for all Service Providers. But later, we realized that each Service Provider can justify their own rate depending on their credentials, certificates, and expertise. Just like in Shopee or Lazada, you might see the same product but with different prices—the difference usually depends on reviews and feedback. Even if one option is slightly more expensive, customers often choose it because it has better feedback.

Hiligaynon:

Dugang pa: Sa una nga bersyon sang app, ginpaninguhaan namon nga pareho ang standard nga rate sang tanan nga Service Providers.

4. What are the services that I can offer in the Platform?

English:

Any service can be offered! We only have three Qualifying Questions:

1. Is it a service to the customers?

2. Is there someone willing to provide the service?

3. Is it instant?

4. Is it legal?

If the answer to all is YES, then you are welcome to offer your service!

Hiligaynon:

1. Serbisyo bala ini para sa mga customers?

English:

We are very strict with the application process of our Service Providers. First of all, we have zero tolerance for applicants without police or NBI clearance. Next, we cannot approve anyone without proof that they can actually perform the service they are applying for.

In fact, that’s the very reason why customers book through our app—because we promote safe and secure bookings. Before being enlisted on the app, Service Providers go through proper screening, orientation, and submit all necessary documents.

In addition, even Service Providers also need security. That’s why we also have a system in place for KYC (Know Your Customer).

So we strongly believe that our process is solid—for the safety of both customers and service providers.

9. How can fake bookings be prevented?

English:

KYC (Know Your Customer). Fake bookings do happen on other platforms, but the government has already taken steps to address this, such as requiring SIM cards to be registered under the true owner’s name.

In addition, it is not allowed to book a service for a location that is not your actual location—unless you pay in advance. This way, we can properly monitor who made the booking.

Another measure: Before going to the booking address, our Service Providers also verify and confirm the booking by calling the customer. Similar to what Lalamove riders do, they call the customer first to confirm the delivery details.

Hiligaynon:

KYC (Know Your Customer).

10. For example, if I book from my current location, is it possible for a distant Service Provider to appear or be booked?

English:

It’s possible, and right now it happens especially if there’s no available Service Provider nearby. But ideally, customers should only see or be able to book providers within a 5–10 km radius.

Hiligaynon:

In addition, the Neopreneur will never be held liable, since their role is only to enlist the Service Provider, while the company is the one that approves them. The Neopreneur is mainly assigned to marketing and has no involvement in the booking process.

Hiligaynon:

20. What if bookings are not yet popular in our area?

English:

Actually, that’s the reason why we adopted affiliate marketing—to tap markets that cannot be fully reached through Facebook advertisements. That’s also why Neopreneurs should be the first movers in their area, since they are the ones who bring in Service Providers and help with promotion.

Hiligaynon:
